Whether you're embarking on a weekend hiking trip or an extended urban excursion, our pattern has the perfect size to accommodate your gear. Choose the 35-liter option for an airline compliant lightweight carry-on or opt for the 45-liter version to pack everything you need for longer expeditions.

  • Porter 35 is approximately 22 x 13 x 8.5 inches (56 x 33 x 21.5 cm)
  • Porter 45 is approximately 25 x 13 x 9.5 inches (63.5 x 33 x 24 cm)

Sewing Skill Level - Intermediate to Advanced

Porter Duffle is a large sewing project similar to making an ultralight backpack. Make every inch count with our cut layout, precise instructions, and recommended materials. Depending on material choices and sewing experience, Porter Duffle may be difficult to sew on light duty domestic sewing matchines. While the instructions detail every step, familiarity with sewing terms and construction techniques is expected.
